Holidays at home
We have a small tradition (don't laugh). When on our last few days of our holiday away, I do a list with the kids of all the things they want to do before the start of school (anal perhaps but it avoids frustration on the first day of school). So there you go: project number 1: THE platform. Let me tell you the involvement was massive. They drew, they thought, they measured, they sawed, they drilled, they cut and finally they tested. There is talk of adding some sides made of fabric....I can see a trip to IKEA coming...what a drag...
On a une petite tradition (rigolez pas). Pendant les derniers de nos vacances en France, Je fais une liste avec les enfants des choses qu'ils veulent faire avant la rentrée (anal peut-être mais ça évite les frustrations le jour de la rentrée). Donc on y va: projet numéro 1: LA plate forme. Et je peux vous dire que leur implication fut énorme. Ils ont dessine, pense, mesure, scie, perce, coupe et finalement teste. Il y a maintenant discussion sur le fait d'ajouter des parois en toile......oh, un petit tour a IKEA va peut-être s'imposer.....quelle corvée....
