Craftacular

Last Saturday was the first of two craft fairs that I co-organise. It was a great success with over 1,000 visitors and good sales according to the stallholders. I love organising this fair... a whole day amongst like minded people, watching friendships forming amonsgt the stallholders, the buyers who fall in love with something that you make, chatting with friends, customers new and old, listening to the choir who visits us every year. This is a great day of warmth and positiveness. One more day next Saturday if you happen to be in the neighbourhood!

Samedi dernier, c'etait le premier de deux marches artisanaux que je co-organise. Bon succes avec plus de 1 000 visiteurs et des bonnes ventes d'apres ceux qui avait un stand. J'adore organiser ce marche... une journee entiere parmi des artisans "comme moi", a regarder les amities qui se forment entre vendeurs, les clients qui tombent amoureux d'un objet fait main, papoter avec les amis, les clients nouveaux ou anciens, ecouter la chorale qui nous rend visite chaque annee... bref une journee positive qui fait bien chaud au coeur. Encore une journee samedi prochain si par hasard vous etes dans le quartier!
