Des sacs, des sacs oui mais des....

Comme c'est plus PC du tout d'accepter les sacs des magasins de nos jours (ma brave dame), il faut fooooorcement un joli cabas pour aller faire ces courses et voila super apple juice a la rescousse. Because it is not politicaly correct at all to take...

C'est la crise

La crise se fait sentir dans mes petites ventes et ça va pas s'arranger avec l'ouverture d'un énorme Cath Kidston (non je mettrais pas le lien, jalouse, moi?) aujourd'hui dans ma ville. Cette nouvelle il y a 3 ans m'aurait mise dans un état que seules...

Le meme que tout le monde

The fleece was impossible to leave in the shop (Paul Smith!), it's so soft. I quickly made one for Thing 2 and thought that I would make a few more to sell.... well, obviously the English market does not know that they are sooooo fashionable in France....

Little project

That's the thing, alway sewing for others and what about for the family? Feeling really guilty this weekend, I did this little nappy for Thing 2's doll which happened to be called Lewis Hamilton (Could it be Thing 2 first crush?!). I got the pattern here...

Getting ready

Zero work was achieved whilst the children were at home...but that did not stop me from from ordering the "odd" bit ready for the next few months. Orders plus craft markets should soften the blow of the kids going back to school. Yes I am one of these...

One more last one

Another Simplicity 4589 made longer using Paul Smith fabric (it sounds posh doesn't it?!). I am off on holiday to manufacture memories for my children. See you soon. Un autre haut Simplicity 4589, rallonge fait avec du tissu Paul Smith (ça assure, non?!)....

Le chemin de l'ecole

With only 2 days left of school, this is when I decide that she needs a homemade school dress (it has to be red ginham)... So there it is on its way back from school. Nostalgic today as yet another school year finishes....I am not very good at changes......

Our house...

Seen here, I had to try to do one....only a bit bigger. Also the occasion to practice from my embroidery stitch bible (ah, ah, not very sexy book!). Some little technical problems to improve one but overall the little miss is very happy with her new bag....

A while back Celine (yes another one!) asked if I would like to do a swap with her. You bet I thought, I love everythnig she makes. And boy I was not disappointed on oppening the parcel! Look at these babies. There were adopted on the spot by the children...
